I am a trauma focused clinician that provides evidenced based therapy via eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and integrative approaches. Our experience shapes the individual that we are. Sometimes these experiences create a wound that pulls and pushes us in a direction that conflicts with the way we want to live. I can help.
