I specialize in providing therapy to children, their families and individual adult clients.
I have spent 15+ years counseling parents and children prioritizing healthy communication tools, boundary setting and relationship repair using cognitive behavioral, collaborative problem solving and family systems interventions.
I am also deeply committed to supporting women who are navigating the overwhelm of modern life (relationships, parenting, career) moving from survival mode to feeling calm, clear and safe. By identifying and healing the underlying origins of your distress we will work to restore your internal battery.
