I work with adults who want to improve their lives through talk therapy and by making small changes over time. I counsel individuals who are worried, down, stressed out at work, frazzled or eager to get support for a change. I like working with folks who have difficulty concentrating, are in recovery or who have dual-diagnoses. I also enjoy working with mothers, healthcare workers, and women seeking support for separation/divorce.
