Connection. My goal is to first get to know you. To understand what it is that you are needing to get your life on the most helpful trajectory. Maybe you're anxious, depressed or experiencing loss. Or maybe for you it's that you feel disconnected from your teenager or you're a teen irritated by your parents. Recently married at the young age of 30, I also have some insight in working through relationships as well.
