Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and outwardly “functional,” yet privately exhausted. They’re carrying grief, pressure, responsibility, or unanswered questions about identity, relationships, purpose, or belonging — often without a place to set any of it down.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you or rushing toward solutions. It’s about creating a steady, grounded space where you don’t have to perform, translate yourself, or hold everything together.
