Therapy is a meaningful chance to step into a life aligned with who you want to be—free from patterns of the past and moving toward a better version of yourself. Over my career, I've gained extensive experience working with youth, including years counseling in the school system. I also specialize in working with and coaching parents. My current practice supports individuals, families, couples, and youth in tackling relational conflicts, emotional hurdles, and life's challenges by discovering and cultivating inner resilience and strengths. I believe a more fulfilling, satisfying life is achievable through consistent, workable steps.
