Hope is tangible. “Existe la esperanza.” Life experiences, hurts, burdens, and endless chaos can leave one devastated, isolated, and feeling alone. There is more than emptiness. There is tangible and real-life hope. Ingrid has worked with people for over fifteen years in the role of educator, mentor, and professional counselor. She has spent much time also working with crisis and trauma victims, those working through times of deep grieving and loss, individuals sorting through and understanding their identity, self- worth, and those managing every day with anxiety and depression.
