I’ve been in the therapeutic healing world for over 40 years, and I understand a few things: 1. Everyone has the power to heal themselves. 2. Most of our mental/physical/emotional/spiritual disturbances are a result of unresolved grief/trauma. 3. Embracing both Light and Shadow within and without creates a full spectrum for life. 4. A creative process in therapy works for me and my clients. 5. Tears and laughter are both necessary to heal. I have the appropriate credentials for holding space. I am, first and foremost, an artist which provides a different portal for entering the therapeutic alliance. Therapy is a journey.
