Practice currently full. We all face challenges in our lives, and sometimes outside support can be very helpful. My goal is to create a safe space in which you can consider personal experiences and values and take steps towards your goals. I have many years of experience supporting adults and teens dealing with depression and anxiety and working through issues related to trauma and substance abuse. I strive to provide helpful support around life transitions and stresses, which may include family and relationship changes, school and work changes, divorce and separation, parenting issues, grief and loss, and health-related concerns.
