I will help you tackle depression, anxiety, conflict, PTSD, grief, and relationship conflict so that pain, fear and confusion do not block you from life satisfaction and good relationships. What currently holds you back can be what propels you forward. In our journey together, we will explore the past, stay grounded in the present, and go towards a life that is more purposeful and alive with love. You are the change-agent.
