I am also trained in EMDR and Developmental Couples Therapy and specialize in couples therapy and adult individual therapy. With a deep desire to help people communicate (with themselves and with others) I offer a warm, calming approach, sensitive to your individual needs. Utilizing compassionate inquiry and processes that foster exploration and understanding, we’ll work together to identify strengths and resources that have helped you on your journey thus far, while also working to uncover any limiting processes or patterns that may be holding back. My focus is to provide a supportive, therapeutic platform in which to explore and understand yourself, your relationships, the challenges you have overcome and the challenges you are currently experiencing.
