In addition to traditional talk therapy models, we also provide trauma specific treatment, to include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy). We are a group practice of experienced therapists that specialize in pregnancy and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, pregnancy and infant loss, infertility, loss of self, adjustment to parenthood, and other issues related to the early years of parenting and getting to know yourself in this new stage of life. While we specialize in perinatal clients, we also work with clients experiencing generalized anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life adjustments, stress, and those needing to improve their self worth, communication, and assertiveness.
