I offer specialization in childhood trauma, life transitions, problems with motivation and focus, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, medical trauma, spiritual trauma, dissociation, psychogenic seizures, and foster and adoption issues. I tailor my treatment approaches to the needs of my clients. I also strive to achieve a balance between talking type of therapy like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with experiential such as being aware of what is going on in the body (sensorimotor and Internal Family Systems) and role-playing scenarios to help practice and develop skills and gain confidence.
