I combine EMDR with IFS-informed parts work to support clients accessing helpful perspectives within and building frameworks that facilitate greater self-compassion. I support folks who are working towards building a thriving adult life after complex childhood experiences. Whether these experiences manifest as complex PTSD, anxiety, self-criticism, social anxiety, body image concerns, or are evoked in a season of life transitions, I believe everyone has the capacity to become a more compassionate teammate to themselves.
