Although I have worked as a therapist/counselor for awhile, my focus during the past decade has been working with teens, young adults, and their families. These courageous humans have often sought guidance for anxiety and depression caused by various traumas, family or relationship stress, social isolation, or transition issues. I believe that our happiness is primarily based on how effectively we navigate our relationships (family, friends, love, work, community). Life presents us with frequent obstacles to our happiness that we sometimes need assistance resolving.
