I view therapy as a collaborative process requiring active engagement from myself and my clients. I strive to create a safe space where clients can be themselves and work to create an alliance where we can explore and heal areas of pain or suffering. During therapy, I provide support for your personal goals and we work to gain tools that facilitate the process of growth. We will focus upon reducing distress, improving daily functioning, and increasing overall wellness. Sessions may focus upon self-awareness, choice and empowerment, problem solving, and expanding skills in order to resolve concerns and improve your quality of life.
