My training as a couples and family therapist and background in mathematics provides a unique perspective from which to explore your context: how your experiences, relationships, identities and larger systemic issues contribute to the challenges you're experiencing. We will focus on amplifying your strengths and resources and supporting you to create change in a manner that is most empowering to you.
