I'm a Couples & Family Therapist at Alive Holistic Counseling, supporting individual and relational clients working through trauma, anxiety, depression, communication and relationship challenges, codependency, grief, identity exploration. The therapy process is as unique as the individual and I collaboratively work in helping you achieve the change you want to see. I take a holistic, systemic approach using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and SAFE informed EMDR to understand each client and their context to create a supportive and empowering space to explore together.
