I’m Elzie Stein, owner and founder of S & F Mental Health Services. I am a first-generation Latina-American therapist and native Spanish speaker with over a decade of experience serving adults in the BIPOC community. I’m trained in Trauma-Informed Care, CBT, Culturally Informed CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Generational Trauma. My approach is culturally responsive, strengths-based, and grounded in the belief that healing comes from within. I also conduct mental health assessments for immigration cases.
