I utilize trauma processing interventions such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and written exposure therapy, along with psychoeducation about the nervous system and how to utilize self-care. My focus is working with adults and adolescents (16 and up) who have a history of domestic abuse, child abuse and sexual assault. I also work with individuals managing other life challenges such as depression and anxiety, relationship difficulties, challenges related to neurodivergence, and challenges that members of the LGBTQ+ community face.
