I am a psychologist and family/parenting expert. I have over 40 years of teaching patients how to use practical psychological skills to further marriage and family life. As a parenting expert, my goals are to help you flourish psychologically and help your child develop into a psychologically healthy adult. I also work with patients who may be having problems with anxiety, depression, ADHD, marriage and parenting relationships. As a psychotherapist, I have integrated multiple modalities into effective problem-solving approaches to personal, marital, family and relationship problems to help create better marriages and families.
