Self Awareness and Presence Practice (SAPP) Counseling- Since 2005, I have worked as a counselor and school psychologist, bringing nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals and families. I hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and two master’s degrees—one in Marriage and Family Therapy and the other in Educational Counseling. I am a licensed professional counselor with thousands of hours of clinical experience. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based methods including: Guided Imagery, EMDR, Mindfulness, DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused, etc.
