I am licensed in the states of WA and OR. In WA, I meet in person or via telehealth. In OR, my practice is telehealth-only.
I work with adults who feel depressed, anxious, lonely, ashamed, stigmatized, othered, or “not good enough.” An area of focus is existential concerns and challenges regarding one’s purpose and finding meaning. My therapeutic practice is humanistic, existential, and feminist, grounded by a social psychological perspective on human beings as situated within their social worlds. I seek to engage in therapy that is collaborative, respectful, and caring.
