I work with people who are experiencing relationship difficulties, going through life transitions, dealing with depression, anxiety, and grief. I use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Individual Emotionally Focused Therapy (IFIT).
