I am excited to share that I will be opening up new time slots beginning in June of this year (2025). As a therapist, I truly enjoy working with all age groups. Much of my experience has been working with adolescents and young adults both in and out of school settings. However, in my private practice I have had the privilege of working with adults and seniors too. My therapeutic approach is primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), examining the relationship between our thoughts, feelings and actions. However, I also utilize collaborative problem solving skills and components of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
