Welcome! Sweet River Counseling offers space for healing beyond talk therapy. My experiential approach combines traditional methods with nature-based sessions, animal interactions, and creative processes to help access the parts of your story that words alone can’t reach. Together, we will navigate the quieter signals of your nervous system as we walk in the fields, connect with a horse, sink our hands into the dirt and more. Each experience leads you to connect with your emotions and intuition. My approach is focused on your needs at each turn, in a trauma-sensitive and collaborative approach.
