I primarily work with adolescents and young adults dealing with a change in life, feeling stuck, or struggling to deal with the stress of day-to-day life. You might be experiencing difficulties in your romantic relationship(s), feeling some part of your life is unfulfilled, or bogged down by sadness, loneliness, worry, anxiety, or stress. Maybe you have just gone off to college, begun a new career, ended or started a relationship, or moved to a new city. In any of these cases, counseling can be a way to turn a new page in your life.
