Anxiety, ADHD, and major life transitions can feel totally overwhelming. Maybe your mind is always racing or you feel in a constant state of fight, flight, freeze, or appease. Somatic therapy offers support to access calm, clarity, and realignment from the inside out.
I work with clients who are motivated to combine talk therapy with effective somatic tools for self soothing. Through body-based awareness and nervous system regulation, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface—unwinding patterns that keep you anxious, scattered, or stuck. Change is possible with nonjudgemental support and useful tools.
