I often work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma. They may find that these issues are affecting the ways they want to move through their worlds. I use a person-centered approach to look at how these past experiences influence the ways clients live now and work to reframe both those traumatic experiences and their current life circumstances. I currently only see individuals in my practice and offer goal directed treatment modalities, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT.) My goals are to work collaboratively with you and work alongside you towards alignment.
