My first intention is for you to feel empowered, nurtured and strengthened by the work we do together. I believe whole-heartedly that you deserve your best life and together we will remove the obstacles that are standing in the way of your well-being. I work with adults and youth experiencing anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, family strain, trauma recovery, and the desire for greater peace and happiness. Together we will define and design your "special recipe" for balance, ease, and joy. I help people tap in to their own wisdom for healing and making their dreams manifest.
