Our team is trained in treating a wide range of mental health concerns including developmental trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity development, life transitions, grief &loss, self esteem, emotional & developmental concerns, etc. We are Connections First, a team of licensed and pre-licensed psychotherapists offering trauma-informed, person-centered therapy. Rooted in trust, integrity, and a deeply relational approach, we create a safe space where healing and connection flourish.
