I have a passion for helping couples and individuals explore and understand relational wounds so they can heal present problems and find safety in their relationship(s). When relationships are functioning well, they can be a profound source of healing and safety. I want my clients to experience this change in, and outside of, the therapy space. I have specific training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) modalities and use an attachment-centered approach.
