It may be the loss of a loved one, unwanted repetitive patterns in relationships, or that incessant feeling of being exhausted and overwhelmed by it all that brings someone into counseling. As uncomfortable as it may initially feel, it is so courageous to take the dive into the therapeutic process that allows for genuine insight and healing.
