About

I aim to support my clients in building a safer home inside themselves. Therapy provides a safe space to bring even the disowned and wounded parts of ourselves back into healing relationship — with ourselves and with a kind other. I want to support clients to build trust with all parts of themselves, and from there, to build trust with life. I offer compassionate guidance, and my style is attachment-focused meaning I care about tending to early-life relationship wounds. I'm trained in Hakomi, a mindfulness-based somatic therapy, and have a background in meditation; I believe that our innate wisdom arises from our bodies.
