Because of my training and experience with EMDR therapy, I often support clients with healing from traumatic experiences. I’m trained and certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International. Some examples of issues that can arise during the process of becoming a parent or growing one’s family include perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, relationship stress, difficulty with isolation or role changes, grief and loss, and birthing trauma.
