I utilize an eclectic set of skills in helping people, including CBT, DBT, person centered, solution focused, and am EMDR trained. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, trauma, or grief, I would love an opportunity to meet with you. I have experience working with clients ranging from adolescents with behavioral challenges, people experiencing depression, anxiety, suicide ideation, and self-harming, people in crisis, and a variety of other struggles. I especially appreciate the opportunity of walking with people as they navigate the grief process. I am comfortable working with a range of ages, from older children to seniors.
