Do you struggle with depression, anxiety, low self-worth? We will use both mindfulness and Somatic Experiencing, an approach developed by Peter Levine, Ph.D., to help you come into easeful alignment with your physiology. When we are alignment with our physiology we learn to trust ourselves and our own innate inner wisdom. We are no longer living in a state of fear, anxiety and worry.
