With nearly two decades of experience as a social worker, I support individuals who want to explore and challenge patterns, beliefs, and stories that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are interested in understanding how their past — especially their upbringing and family of origin — shapes their present relationships and experiences. I work with young adults and adults navigating life transitions such as grief, chronic illness, divorce, parenting challenges, custody issues, estrangement, and identity shifts. I also support professionals in high-stress roles, including medical providers and first responders.
