Welcome to my page! I’m glad you’ve found your way here. I know that finding the right therapist can be an overwhelming process, so I thank you for taking the time to learn about me on your search. I identify as a queer, cisgender woman, and my approach to counseling is rooted in anti-oppression and decolonial praxis. I have found psychotherapy, embodiment practices, and group singing to be essential to my activism and personal wellbeing. I hold a BA in International Studies and Gender Studies from The Ohio State University, and a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University.
