I am a flexible, caring, and non-judgmental therapist who strives to be present and attuned with you. I will work with you to gain clarity, change dysfunctional patterns, and increase self acceptance and self worth. I offer EMDR and IFS-inspired individual therapy to adults. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy proven to help you integrate past trauma and finally shift problematic patterns that may have kept you feeling stuck or unable to change. I offer sessions both in-person in Clackamas and online.
