I am passionate about walking with you on your journey towards healing and achieving your personal goals. I approach therapy through a lens of genuine care and compassion and value learning about your whole person. I aim to embody the spirit of Humanistic Therapy and Feminist Therapy in my work. In your work with me, you can expect to encounter tools such as Mindfulness; connecting with your body, emotions, and values; and identifying and challenging internalized unhelpful beliefs and expectations with the aim of uncovering your true self. I also enjoys use of interventions such movement, play and artwork to guide our work together.
