I provide counseling for a wide-range of challenges including: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, gender and sexuality, self esteem/self worth and relationship issues. I am a relational counselor and prioritize collaboration and empowerment in my work with my clients. Additionally, I often work with those who have been impacted by trauma and I have specialized training in trauma-specific models of care (ie. brainspotting and other somatic resourcing models), for both acute and longer-term recovery supports. I embrace a social justice/anti-oppressive framework that values equity and inclusion in the therapeutic process.
