But life brings hurt, loss, and struggles—it's part of the human experience. Pain can build up leaving you feeling overwhelmed, vulnerable or exhausted. This may look like a mind that’s hard to turn off, wants to numb out, or gets hijacked by a worrier, perfectionist, or critic. However this shows up for you, these patterns can take a toll.
