I am an Oregon based LPC for adults (20-45 yo) with anxiety, people pleasing, life transitions, depression, trauma, and nervous system centered. It is common for my clients to begin therapy and share they struggle to slow down uninvited thoughts and feelings of worry/dread or criticism, neglecting their own wants and needs to prioritize others, repetitious beliefs of guilt, worthlessness, fearing they’re never good enough, struggling to understand/break patterns of behavior that does not serves them, a desire to reflect on past or present moments that cause suffering, and feeling disconnected from their body.
