My approach is collaborative and straightforward, and I aim to create an environment where you can show up as you are - whether if you’re navigating identity, grief, trauma, marginalization, or major life transitions. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
My work is person-centered and psychodynamic, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approaches to help you better understand your inner world and how your experiences live in your body.
