I provide trauma-informed telehealth therapy that blends EMDR with insight-oriented work and intuition. If you grew up in an environment where your needs were ignored, minimized, or unsafe, you may have learned to survive by disconnecting from yourself while still showing up for others around you. You may be feeling like it's time to give yourself the time and space to more fully live your life and to use your voice. I'm here for it!
