I enjoy helping young people and their families move through challenging situations and moments in their lives through building on youth's strengths and helping their confidence and trust in themselves grow. I like supporting families strengthen their relationships and attachments.
I've worked for 15 years with youth who have experienced trauma. Particularly after traumatic expereinces, the world can seem like an unsafe place. Therapy and consistent supportive relationships can help the world feel safer for young people. Working together with caregivers to create this safety is important to me.
