I work with a variety of concerns including couples and family conflict, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, emotional distress, and the struggle to find purpose and meaning in life. I believe in highlighting the uniqueness of the individual, while understanding that we all function as part of a multitude of larger systems. The relationships we create with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us, can both transform and challenge us.
