I'm trained in EMDR and IFS, both effective in resolving deeper-seated issues. Welcome! It takes courage to seek help and I am so glad you're here! With over 15 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I deeply understand the toll emotional distress can take. Symptoms related to anxiety, depression, grief, unhealed wounds, and relational disconnection can sometimes feel overwhelming. Though I believe we all have the inner wisdom to create positive change, at times we benefit from the support of an objective and compassionate guide. I am invested in understanding each client’s unique psyche, behavioral/thought patterns, and mental health needs. I specialize in relational issues and see individuals and couples.
