My approach integrates EMDR, clinical hypnosis, and PSIP within a behavioral framework for lasting nervous system change. You’ve done your best to hold it all together — career, family, relationships — but something still feels stuck. On the outside, you’re functioning. Inside, there’s a heaviness that doesn’t go away: anxiety, unexplained sadness, or a sense of disconnection from who you truly are.
